What is Barre

Barre is a unique blend of pilates, ballet, and strength training. Utilizing a ballet barre,
a playground ball, and hand held weights, barre tones, sculpts, and strengthens the
entire body. Focusing on isolating muscle groups (thighs, seat, arms, abs and back)
then working them to exhaustion, followed by specific stretches to build long, lean muscles.
